Creactive worked for Angel Trains to refurbish the Chiltern Railways’ Class 165 stock – trains mostly used by 11,000+ commuters for trips of under an hour.  Customers’ top priorities – safety, punctuality, seat space and comfort were the motivations behind the project.

A customer focused design programme has significantly improved the on-train environment and included new information systems, air cooling and designated wheelchair areas to create a true Chiltern Railways product.
