WSMR is an open access long distance service which demanded a complete service proposition, from the brand through to the renovated Mk III rolling stock.

Two classes of travel, with a state of the art catering offer, have been defined to produce a ‘best in class’ level of service, which starts with the company website and which will finish with customers who will be pleased to repeat the experience.
