Our client is a high volume manufacturer of semiconductors for the wireless multimedia networks, who required a distinct and easy-to-produce dongle to demonstrate their latest GPS technology.

The initial requirement was for low volume production using two identical case work parts, based on silicone rubber tooling and PU cast parts.

Following demands for a larger number of dongles, the manufacturing route was quickly switched to low cost injection mouldings, offering very cost effective parts in under two weeks.
