hookpoint is a magnifying aid for fly fishermen that assists in scrutinising the fly, hook eye or point, and knots. It can help with threading the hook, tying knots and identifying what the fish are feeding on. The key benefit is that it holds the object steady, in focus, at X6 magnification. It clamps the hook, holds it steady and can rotate it 360 degrees with the hook point or shank near the axis of rotation. hookpoint also includes:
detachable base cup for a close look at insects

Creactive developed the design with the inventor, himself a keen fisherman, producing detailed CAD models that were used to produce tooling for high quality injection moulded components.
