Neil has worked extensively on railway projects in the UK, Europe and Asia. He has specialist knowledge of rail design, working for both operators and manufacturers and identifying customer needs and incorporating their ever-changing expectations in new rail vehicles. His recent clients include Chiltern Railways, Hitachi Rail, Irish Rail (Iarnród Éireann) and Centro. Married with four children, Neil is a keen sailor who teaches junior and youth-level dinghy racing during the Summer. |

Tony is the Director responsible for engineering design and manufacture. He is a creative and widely experienced design engineer, particularly within the rail sector, with a broad knowledge of materials and production processes. He has designed for both high and low volume manufacture and has strong project management skills. Tony is a keen Arsenal supporter who can often be seen at the Emirates Stadium. He is also passionate about ancient history, so would love to be digging up dirt on the Romans. |

After studying architecture in Copenhagen, Hans gained a MA in Industrial Design in the UK. His vision is to make a difference to life through good design, based on simplicity, functionality and attention to detail. This determination has not only won Creactive but also previous employers such as DCA, PA Design/PA Technology and Brand New numerous design awards and patents for clients. A typical fun-loving Dane, Hans loves travelling as well as being very partial to simple pleasures such as cycling, Danish sandwiches and schnapps, a game of tennis, DIY, saunas and rolling in the snow.
