Chiltern Railways briefed
Creactive to develop a high quality design solution, encouraging growth
from regular car commuters using the M40 motorway which runs parallel
to the line.
Our challenge was to make the train attractive to car users. Focus
groups were used to measure the feedback Chiltern regularly receives
from its Rail User Groups.
Customer surveys show Chiltern Railways are now the second highly
thought of rail franchise second after Eurostar.
