Chiltern Railways needed to refurbish their catering trolleys to improve their appearance and safety during use as well as increase efficiency and sales. The product Creactive designed and supplied is the result of the client specification of the following:
·The needs of customers throughout the day
· Commercial objectives of the operator
· The level of service the operator wishes to provide
· The competition from station concourse retail
